Environmental Site Assesment (ESA) report for the former South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency parcels north of Chestnut Avenue in South San Francisco. The objective of this ESA was to identify historical or current activities at the Site and surrounding properties which could have contributed to, or may currently contribute to, the degradation of the Site's soil and/or groundwater to the extent that they represent a recognized environmental condition.
