Mayor, Vice Mayor, Council members, interview panel, as well as (1) Commissioner from Library and (1) from Parks along with other City Staff will tour project sites and hear final presentations from the two remaining teams competing for selections as architect of record.
Master Architect Selection Process
Through the RFQ/RFP process, a total of nine (9) Architectural firms submitted a Statement of Qualifications to be considered for the design of the Community Civic Campus Program.
Of the nine (9) firms that submitted Statement of Qualifications, six (6) firms were shortlisted and interviewed. Of the six (6) firms interviewed, two (2) firms were selected for final consideration. The selection process will include a tour of each team's recently completed and relevant projects. Following project tours, City Staff will present and submit a recommendation on the most qualified firm. The final recommendation will be presented to Measure W Council Subcommittee and later to City Council at the November meeting.
